Who we are
Barker Ranch At Shady Hollow is a neighborhood in Austin, Texas. Barker Ranch At Shady Hollow mostly features large homes that are very reasonably priced. This community dates back to 2002 and has continued to develop over the years.

The Barker Ranch subdivision is located in South Austin just past Shady Hollow on the west side of Brodie Lane, and on the north side of the new Bridges at Bear Creek subdivision.

Log into your Owner Portal by clicking on the Owner Login link in the top right corner of this site. Click Submit a New Request from the dashboard." Select "General Request", fill out the information and select "Account Question". Then click on Submit Form.

On behalf of our community, Preferred Association Management Company (PAMco) has provided an easy-to-use website as an informational resource about our community. You can access your association account through the Owner Portal, which also has tools for communicating with PAMco.
